Me

Hello everyone. My name is Alison Zukas and this is my second year at Unity College. I grew up in Middletown, CT and heard about Unity through a Vocational Agriculture program at my school. I never planned on going to college, but didn't know what else to do with my life, so here I am.
I've just about always loved the outdoors and enjoy many hobbies, a few of which include reading, hiking, unicycling, and spending time with my animals back at home. People often mistake me as a strange and uncaring individual, but don't be fooled by my non-expressive exterior. I consider myself to be a stoic and mostly un-opinionated person. Outwardly, I am very shy and untalkative, but I open up occasionally if you try to get to know me.
Ah, but anyway, I am currently majoring in Wildlife and Ecology, which seems to be going well enough so far. My only plan is to just continue "going with the flow" and see where life takes me. I think I look forward to it.
